1. Exceptional Healthy Fat Profile

  • Higher Omega-3 Fatty Acids – Grazing on regenerative pasture improves the omega-3 content, supporting heart health and reducing inflammation.

  • Balanced Omega-3 to Omega-6 Ratio – Pasture feeding helps keep these essential fats in healthier proportion compared to grain-fed beef.

  • Rich in Monounsaturated Fats – Thanks to the Wagyu genetics, this beef has abundant marbling made of mostly monounsaturated fats — the same type found in olive oil.

2. Abundant Vitamins

  • Vitamin A – Supports immune function, skin health, and vision; higher in pasture-fed beef due to carotenoids in grasses.

  • Vitamin E – A natural antioxidant that helps protect cells and boosts immunity.

  • Vitamin B Complex – Especially B12 for energy metabolism, red blood cell formation, and brain function.

3. Superior Mineral Content

  • Iron – Highly bioavailable heme iron that’s easy for the body to absorb, supporting oxygen transport and energy.

  • Zinc – Important for immunity, hormone production, and tissue repair.

  • Selenium – Supports thyroid function and protects cells from oxidative stress.

4. Cleaner, More Natural Protein

  • Raised without routine antibiotics or growth hormones, and finished on high-quality forage, making it a clean, natural protein source.

5. Unmatched Flavor & Tenderness (Bonus Benefit)

  • Wagyu marbling + Angus beefiness = rich, buttery flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness — without the excessive fat cap of some grain-fed cuts.
