Shipping Schedule

Weekly Shipping Day
To avoid weekend delays, we only ship orders on Mondays. This ensures your products arrive in peak condition. -
Carriers & Timing
Orders are shipped using FedEx. Transit is 2-day shipping. -
Cold Chain Integrity
Each order is packed in insulated containers with dry ice to ensure your products stay frozen until they reach your doorstep. -
Tracking Information
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please plan accordingly to receive your package promptly; we cannot be responsible for items that are left unattended after delivery. -
Delivery Limitations
We ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, international addresses, or U.S. territories. All orders ship on Mondays via 2-day service.
Returns, Replacements & Claims
Because our products are perishable, we require prompt notification of any issues.
