Featuring Wyoming Wagyu (Wagyu × Angus) beef and Old Spot x Mangalitsa heritage pork. Our animals are pasture-raised with seasonal care and feeding tailored to Wyoming’s climate and landscape, using non-GMO feed and no added hormones or antibiotics.
