This reservation is to customize your cuts, smokehouse and add-ons. Processing fees are a separate cost from the processor you choose. You will be billed by the processor for your selections.
Reserve With a Deposit – Your deposit secures your animal, no matter the size you purchase. Smaller shares simply mean you’ll owe less when your final balance is calculated.
- Animal pricing per pound is set at time of deposit based on current market value. Total hanging weight determines final animal cost.
