Recipe – Dog-Safe Bone Broth

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 lbs BHMF beef marrow or knuckle bones

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (aids mineral extraction)

  • Water to cover

  • (Optional) Carrots or celery for flavor – no onion, no garlic

Instructions:

  1. Place bones in a large pot or slow cooker.

  2. Add vinegar and enough water to cover.

  3. Simmer on low 12–24 hours.

  4. Strain and cool. Remove fat layer before serving.
