Already hanging at Western Heritage and currently scheduled to dry age for 28 days, Half Beef #392B @ 540lb is ready to be claimed. The rib section shows the rich marbling our Wagyu × Angus beef is known for. This beef was raised on WY grass pasture and finished on our custom non-GMO grain mixture.
 
Processing is not included. The buyer selects their custom cuts and pays the processor (Western Heritage) directly according to those selections.
