A half beef provides a substantial supply of steaks, roasts, ground beef and other available cuts while requiring less freezer space than a whole animal. It is a strong choice for families that cook beef regularly, want variety and prefer to stock their freezer in one purchase.
Choose non-GMO grain-finished or 100% grass-finished beef when available. After reserving, we will contact you by email to confirm current availability or harvest timing and guide you through the custom cut-sheet process.
Final yield varies according to the animal’s hanging weight and the cuts you select. Processing, specialty add-ons, delivery and shipping are calculated separately and are not included in the $1,000 deposit.
The deposit is nonrefundable after 24 hours or once the animal enters processing.
