Bulk beef is not a reactionary purchase. It is a planning decision.

Those who reserve whole, half, or quarter beef are not shopping for tonight’s dinner. They are securing protein for months ahead.

At Big Horn Mountain Farms, every animal is pasture-raised and finished with non-genetically modified feed. They are raised without antibiotics or hormones. We operate on a defined production schedule tied to specific animals.

Bulk works because it simplifies your food system.

One ranch.

One USDA processor.

One consistent freezer.

How the process works:

Step 1 — Reserve

Select your portion and place a deposit.

Step 2 — Customize

Complete your cut sheet preferences.

Step 3 — Fill Your Freezer

Schedule pickup once processing is complete.

Reservations are limited to animals currently scheduled for processing. Once allocated, availability closes until the next cycle.

Bulk is not for everyone. It is for households that plan ahead and value knowing their rancher.
