A half hog offers a practical way to stock your freezer with a variety of pork without committing to a whole animal. Available selections may include chops, roasts, ribs, bacon, sausage and other specialty cuts.
Our heritage hogs are pasture-raised in Wyoming with no added hormones or antibiotics. After reserving, we will contact you by email to confirm current availability or harvest timing and guide you through the available custom cut-sheet and smokehouse selections.
Final yield varies according to the animal’s hanging weight and the cuts selected. Processing, smoking, curing, sausage preparation, specialty add-ons, delivery and shipping are calculated separately and are not included in the $200 deposit.
The deposit is nonrefundable after 24 hours or once the animal enters processing.
