Buying beef in bulk offers strong value while filling your freezer with Wagyu × Angus beef raised right here in Wyoming. Purchasing a quarter, half, or whole beef typically costs less than buying individual cuts and provides a reliable supply of beef for everyday meals. Bulk purchasing also allows you to customize how your beef is processed, so your freezer is stocked with cuts that fit how your household cooks.

Make It Your Own

We believe in using the whole animal and encourage customers to explore a full range of cuts beyond familiar steaks and roasts. In addition to standard cuts, you may request options such as soup bones, organ meats, or specialty cuts when available.

Custom processing options allow you to tailor your order to your preferences while making the most of the entire animal.

How It Works

Choose Your Beef

Select the portion you’d like to reserve — a quarter, half, or whole beef.

Reserve With a Deposit

A deposit secures your portion of the animal. The final balance will vary based on the size purchased, processing selections, and final hanging weight.

We’ll Reach Out

After your deposit is received, we’ll contact you by phone or email to confirm:

  • Portion size (quarter, half, or whole)

  • Custom cut instructions

  • Estimated harvest and processing timeline

  • Any special nose-to-tail requests

While you wait, we continue raising your animal outdoors on Wyoming pasture with access to natural forage until the appropriate harvest date.

Processing & Packaging

At harvest, your beef is processed to your specifications at a USDA-inspected facility. Processing options include steaks, roasts, ground beef, and other cuts based on your selections.

Once processing is complete, your beef is flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness and quality.

Final Payment & Delivery

After processing is complete, you’ll receive a final invoice for the remaining balance. Your order is released once final payment is received.

Delivery options include:

  • Local pickup at the ranch

  • Buffalo-area delivery for a small delivery fee

  • Direct shipping to your door (shipping fees apply)

A Personalized Ordering Experience

Purchasing beef in bulk is a meaningful investment, and we’re here to make the process clear and straightforward. We work with customers one-on-one by phone or email to ensure every detail of the order is handled correctly.
