Wyoming Wagyu Beef Marrow Bones
A rich, old-world cut made for slow roasting, bone broth, and true nose-to-tail cooking.
Wyoming Wagyu Beef Marrow Bones are cut from the leg bones of the animal, where the marrow is naturally rich and buttery when roasted. These bones are ideal for customers who appreciate traditional cooking, deeper flavor, and using the whole animal with intention.
Roast and serve with toasted bread, add to stocks and broths, or use to bring depth to sauces, soups, and braised dishes.
Pet Use Guidelines (Non-USDA):
Serve raw only (never cooked or smoked, which can splinter).
Choose a bone larger than your dog’s muzzle to reduce fracture/choking risk.
Limit chew sessions to 10–15 minutes; refrigerate between uses and discard when gnawed down, broken or the bone becomes small/soft.
Supervise always; avoid for aggressive chewers or dogs with dental issues. When in doubt, consult your veterinarian.
