Our all-in pricing includes the pork, standard cut and wrap, kill fee, and standard packaging at a USDA-inspected facility. No separate butcher bill for the standard selection.
This is the simplest way to reserve heritage pork from Big Horn Mountain Farms. We select a well-rounded mix of practical, freezer-ready cuts so you can stock your home with pork for everyday meals, slow cooking, grilling, roasting, and family dinners.

This standard selection does not include smokehouse or specialty processing. Bacon, smoked ham, brats, snack sticks, jerky, summer sausage, cured items, linked sausage, patties, or specialty sausage are not included in the base price.
