Beef Marrow Bones
Wagyu-Angus raised. Broth-ready. Roast for rich marrow.

Average Size: Approximately 0.50–1.00 lb per bone

Cut as canoe- or cross-sections from the beef femur, these bones expose rich, buttery marrow for roasting or long-simmered, collagen-rich stock. In addition to kitchen use, raw (uncooked) marrow bones can serve as supervised recreational chews for dogs—see Pet Use Guidelines below.

Key Benefits:
Canoe- or cross-cut exposes marrow for easy roasting or broth making
High in collagen/gelatin for body and mouthfeel in soups and sauces
Deep, beefy flavor from pasture-raised Wagyu-Angus cattle
Versatile: roast for appetizers or simmer 12–24 hours for bone broth
Pet-friendly (raw) option: engaging chew that can help occupy dogs (see guidelines)

Health Benefits:
Collagen and gelatin support joint, skin, and gut health
Marrow provides fat-soluble vitamins and amino acids
Mineral-rich stock (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium) from long simmers
Whole-food, nose-to-tail nutrition for your kitchen

Farm Promise: All-natural, pasture-raised, no antibiotics, non-GMO.

USDA Safe Cooking Guidelines:
Roast at 425°F for 15–20 minutes until marrow softens (do not overcook)
For stock, simmer bones 12–24 hours; strain and chill promptly

  • Pet Use Guidelines (Non-USDA):
Serve raw only (never cooked or smoked, which can splinter).
Choose a bone larger than your dog’s muzzle to reduce fracture/choking risk.
Limit chew sessions to 10–15 minutes; refrigerate between uses and discard when gnawed down or the bone becomes small/soft.
Supervise always; avoid for aggressive chewers or dogs with dental issues.

Marrow is rich—scrape out some marrow for dogs with sensitive stomachs; provide fresh water.
When in doubt, consult your veterinarian, especially for puppies or dogs with pancreatitis or dental concerns.
