Our Wyoming Wagyu beef tallow is rendered from our ranch-raised Wagyu × Angus beef and carefully rendered four times for a clean, smooth cooking fat with rich, old-fashioned flavor.
Use it for searing steaks, roasting potatoes, frying eggs, crisping vegetables, greasing cast iron, or adding depth to everyday cooking. Beef tallow is prized for high-heat cooking and the kind of golden browning you just do not get from ordinary oils.
