This is the available quarter of processor half 393A. The other quarter has already been assigned to another buyer. Individual cuts will be divided between the two quarters when boxed; the listed selections describe the assigned cut plan, not a guaranteed count of every cut.
Ribeye, sirloin, New York strip and tenderloin steaks: 1 1/2 inches thick. One steak per package; roasts 2–3 lb; ground beef approximately 1 lb per package. Burger patties: 1/3 lb each.
Includes the assigned beef cuts only. Bones, organ meats, extra fat, jerky, snack sticks, summer sausage, brats, hot dogs and Primal Blend are set aside and are not included.
Preliminary take-home estimate: approximately 120.61 lb, using our historical yield estimate. Actual cuts-only weight and package counts will be confirmed after boxing; this estimate is not a guaranteed weight. Estimated combined shipping weight: 145 lb across all boxes, including a provisional 20% allowance for cartons, insulation and dry ice. This is an estimate, not a single-box weight; final box-by-box shipping weights will be confirmed after packing.
Package price includes the beef, cut-and-wrap processing, allocated harvest and box charges, dry-aging charges, and burger-patty preparation where selected. No separate processor bill for the included cuts. Free ranch pickup in Buffalo, Wyoming; shipping or arranged delivery is charged separately.
Why quarter prices vary: Each share comes from an individually weighed carcass. Larger shares generally cost more because they contain more beef. Estimated take-home weights are not guaranteed; final packaged quantities depend on processing. Beef and standard processing are included in this pre-packed share price.
