We are locals in Buffalo and feel so blessed to have this high quality meat available to buy in our town. We’ve been customers for years now but recently got into slow smoking brisket in our Traeger. It’s seriously the best brisket we’ve ever had and the wagyu-angus beef is seriously top notch.
