Bulk pork pricing reflects the cost of the animal itself and is based on the current market value. Price per pound is set when deposit is placed.
Processing and smokehouse fees are added separately, as cured and smoked products affect final processing costs. This structure allows customers to tailor their order without fixed assumptions built into pricing.
We’re happy to review current processing and smokehouse options prior to reservation.
Planning Ahead
Bulk pork reservations are placed in advance and scheduled around harvest dates. Once processing is complete, your order will be ready for pickup or shipping (where available).
Bulk Half Pork Reservation
Reserve With a Deposit – Your deposit secures your animal, no matter the size you purchase. Smaller shares simply mean you’ll owe less when your final balance is calculated.
- Animal pricing per pound is set at time of deposit based on current market value. Total hanging weight determines final animal cost.
- Animal and Processing are separate fees.
- Additional smokehouse fees apply for smoked products.
- Local pickup available. Shipping or delivery fees apply.
