Half Pork Reservation Deposit
A balanced bulk pork option with strong variety, excellent value, and customizable cut instructions. Ideal for households that want a well-stocked freezer without committing to a whole animal.
You are reserving a share of a live animal. Once the animal has reach peak harvest weight, it is sent to our local USDA facility for processing. Once the animal is frozen and ready for pickup, we reach out to you to schedule local delivery, free ranch pickup, or shipping. You then receive the final invoice including the remaining cost of the animal (minus the deposit), and processing fees based on your cut selections, including smokehouse and add-on options.
Yield per animal ranges based on the custom cuts you select and the animals overall hanging weight.
Once your deposit is placed, we will reach out via email with available harvest dates and discuss next steps.
