A practical entry point into bulk beef, offering a generous supply with customizable cut options and less freezer space required. A strong fit for smaller households or first-time bulk beef buyers.
 
You are reserving a share of a live animal. Once the animal has reach peak harvest weight, we hang them to develop flavor, followed by USDA processing. Once the animal is frozen and ready for pickup, we reach out to you to schedule local delivery, free ranch pickup, or shipping. You then receive the final invoice including the remaining cost of the animal (minus the deposit), and processing fees based on your cut selections, including smokehouse and add-on options. 
 
Yield per animal ranges based on the custom cuts you select and the animals overall hanging weight. 
 
Once your deposit is placed, we will reach out via email with available harvest dates and discuss next steps.
