How to Use Your Beef Bone Box
Bone Broth & Stock:
Roast bones (optional) for deeper flavor.
Simmer low and slow for 12–24 hours with water, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and your favorite aromatics.
Strain, cool, and store in the fridge or freezer.
Soups & Stews:
Use the broth as a base for chili, vegetable soup, ramen, barley soup, French onion soup, and hearty winter stews.
Dog-Safe Broth (No Bones):
Make a simple broth with no onion, no garlic, and little to no seasoning, then cool and remove the fat cap.
Serve in small amounts as a special treat or topper (always follow your vet’s guidance).
Important Notes
Exact cuts and weights will vary depending on the animal and how our local processor packages bones. We always pack your box to meet or exceed the listed weight range.
Sold frozen and vacuum sealed for freshness.
Bones themselves are sold for cooking and broth. If you plan to feed raw bones to pets, please consult your veterinarian first and always supervise closely. Never feed cooked bones to dogs, as cooked bones are more likely to splinter.
