Custom Reserve Box (Deposit)
A deposit to reserve an approximately 30 lb custom box, curated from current harvest and availability.

At checkout, list your preferred cuts and approved substitutions. We prioritize your requests and build your box from the best available inventory at fulfillment.
Your final total is calculated from the exact packed weight of each cut selected (at applicable per-pound pricing), minus your deposit.
When shipping applies, freight is charged on the final shipment weight (meat + insulation + dry ice) to ensure product quality and safe delivery.
This payment is a deposit to reserve your custom box order. Final total is based on each cut’s actual packed weight (per-pound pricing at fulfillment), plus shipping/packaging, minus deposit paid. We will confirm final totals before collecting any remaining balance. Free ranch pickup is available by appointment.
Because orders are custom-packed and perishable, deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours, and all fulfilled sales are final.
